How to cook pea eel

For everyone, when they reach a certain age, they have to get married and have children, and then they will face frequent visits from relatives and friends. 1. Debone the eel, clean and cut into sections

2. Wash the peas and set aside

3. Set aside small red peppers, pickled peppers, ginger and garlic, and choose the amount according to your personal taste

4. Chop the two kinds of peppers and ginger, chop 2-3 garlic cloves, and keep the rest for later use

5. Take half of each of minced ginger, minced chili, minced pickled pepper, and minced garlic, and more than ten peppercorns, add them to the eel, mix well and set aside

6. Pour some cooking oil into the pot.

7. When the oil is hot, pour in the mixed eel and stir-fry. Add cooking wine and stir-fry until the eel curls up.

8. Stir-fry for a while and add the remaining half of the chili powder, ginger and garlic powder, and the garlic.

9. Add salt, a little vinegar (depending on your taste, you can also omit vinegar), pepper, and chicken essence to season

10. Pour in the peas

11. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and add a small amount of soup (hot water is also OK)

12. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes (until the soup becomes tight and the peas become soft)

13. Remove from heat and serve
