With today's booming economy, more and more people are pursuing the pleasure of eating, and more and more gourmet restaurants are popping up. 1. Thaw the frozen scallops and shrimps, clean them, and remove the shells and intestines of the shrimps.

2. Wash the broccoli and cut it into small pieces.

3. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, oil and chicken stock, then put the broccoli in and blanch it.

4. Place the blanched broccoli on a plate.

5. In another pan, add the hot oil to the scallops and shrimps and stir-fry until cooked. Add a little salt and chicken stock before serving. Finally, thicken with a thin starch and serve.
