1. Wash the soybeans and soak for more than 4 hours; cut the ribs into small pieces, wash and mix with oyster sauce, pepper, soy sauce and cooking wine, marinate for more than 4 hours

2. Put a little oil in the pan, take out the marinated ribs, and fry them in the pan until both sides turn yellow.

3. Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut them into pieces, remove the soaked soybeans, put the fried ribs, half of the tomatoes, all the soybeans, and star anise into the soup pot, add boiling water to cover the ingredients, and pour the marinated ribs soup into the pot

4. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour

5. Add the remaining tomatoes and salt and continue to simmer for half an hour

6. After stewing, turn to high heat to reduce the sauce.
