How to eat purslane

The deterioration of living environment and the increase of study and work pressure are slowly eroding our health, so health preservation actions are urgent. There are many ways to maintain health, and the simplest one is diet. Next, I will introduce to you how to cook the dish of Purslane.

1.1 Wash the soaked beans and rice and put them in a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes

2.2 Soak red beans, brown rice and glutinous rice the night before

3.121 Take purslane and break it into two pieces by hand, or cut it into two pieces with a knife.

4.212 When cooking porridge, wash the purslane and drain the water.

5. Cut the front sprouts into small pieces

6.Cook the chicken breast and shred it

7. Add chopped purslane and cooked chicken into the porridge.

8. Add salt and pepper (you don’t need to add if you don’t like it) and cook on low heat for 5 minutes

9. Start drinking porridge. Purslane is cool in nature and can be eaten with red beans to increase the effect of promoting diuresis and reducing swelling without being too cold!

10. Boil a pot of water and add olive oil

11. Put the extra purslane from making porridge into the water

12. Turn on the fire until bubbles appear, take out the purslane and put it into cold boiled water to clean and remove the mucus

13. Chop the red pepper and garlic and put them into a bowl. Add soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and vinegar (Purslane itself has a sour taste, so vinegar can be omitted) and mix well!

14. Pour the prepared sauce on the purslane

15. Make the best use of everything. These two methods can bring out the delicious taste of purslane. Instead of adding shredded chicken and salt to the porridge, you can add sugar. The sour and sweet taste is also very delicious!
