How to make beef with coriander sauce

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of beef with coriander sauce.

1.1 While cooking the beef, wash the coriander with running water and set aside

2.2 After cleaning the surface of the beef tendon, wash it and put it in a small pot. Add all the ingredients and a large bowl of water (enough to cover the beef). Bring it to a boil over high heat and keep boiling for 5 minutes. Skim off the foam on the surface of the water, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes. Use chopsticks to poke the meat. If there is no blood, turn off the heat and use the residual heat of the water to simmer the beef thoroughly.

3. Take the chopping board for cooked food, pick up the beef and cut it into thin slices, chop the coriander into small pieces, and smash the garlic cloves for later use.

4. Mix the beef, chopped coriander and garlic cloves in a deep bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil, sesame oil and other seasonings, mix well, and let stand for 5 minutes.

5. Take a large spoon, pour in cooking oil, place on the stove, and heat slowly over low heat until smoke appears.

6. Pour the hot oil into the coriander beef. As the aroma spreads, it’s done. Let’s eat.
