How to make Hakka pickled pork loin

1. Cut the pork loin in half, remove the fishy glands (all the white stuff inside), and soak it in salt water in advance.

2. Cut the slices diagonally, try to make them as thin as possible.

3. Marinate with cooking wine, MSG, salt, MSG, minced ginger, oil, pepper and sweet potato flour. You can add more pepper.
