5. After the pig skin is pressed, wait for the pressure to release, take out the pig skin, cut it into small pieces, put it back on the wok, add a large spoonful of water, and boil it again. Boil until the soup is milky white and a little sticky when squeezed by hand. Add appropriate amount of salt to season, scoop out and put into a bowl to cool.

6. After scooping out one bowl, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to the remaining color, cook for a while, scoop out and serve in another bowl. Store the rest in other containers.

7. After the pork skin in the bowl has cooled, refrigerate it overnight.

8. When you want to eat, take it out, cut a circle on the edge of the bowl with a knife, pour it out and serve it on a plate.
