How to make beef pie

1. First, mix the flour and salt to make the crust. Slowly add hot water to the flour and stir the flour with chopsticks while adding water until it becomes snowflake-shaped.

6. You can prepare the filling while the dough is resting. Mix pork and beef. Since the beef I bought this time is leaner, I added some pork. You can also just use beef. Add appropriate amount of water and stir continuously in one direction. Add vegetable oil and sesame oil, stirring constantly.

8. Add light soy sauce and five-spice sauce and continue stirring. When it is almost done, add salt until it is evenly mixed. The whole process is stirred in one direction.

9. Wrap appropriate amount of filling in the dough.

10. Roll into a ball, close the top downwards, and press flat

11. Heat the electric baking pan, brush a thin layer of oil on it, fry the pie for about 30 seconds on each side, add 1/3 bowl of water when the surface is golden brown, and simmer for about 4 minutes.
