7. Add mushrooms, water, salt and rock sugar (adding rock sugar makes the meat tender and fresh, and the meat is not dry)

8. Bring to a boil over high heat

9. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for about 30 minutes, turning the pot halfway through.

10. Open the lid and cook over high heat until the soup in the pot becomes thick, then taste and serve.

11. The chicken wings are fragrant but not greasy, the meat is tender and delicious, and has a slightly spicy taste.
