Dry-fried steak with red wine sauce

Everyone likes to eat home-cooked meals. Simple food can bring us a feeling of happiness. Dry-fried steak with red wine sauce is a very healthy and nutritious recipe. Many people love this dish. The method is also very simple. You need to prepare potatoes, and they must be fresh potatoes without sprouts, which will taste better.

1. Cut into slices about 1cm thick and use a hammer to loosen the meat.

2. Wash the beef

3. Use a mold to press the carrot into shape and cut the cucumber into strips

4. Prepare the red wine juice, butter, and peel the garlic. The red wine sauce is made by me. You can check out my recipe.

5. Boil water in a pot, add carrots and cook until done, remove and set aside

6. Heat the pan with butter

7. Add garlic

8. Add the beef and fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes to allow the meat to quickly absorb the juice.

9. Turn to medium-low heat and fry until the beef is 70% to 80% cooked.

10. Use base oil to add tomato sauce and sprinkle some black pepper

11. Add red wine juice when small bubbles appear

12. Cook into thick red wine sauce

13. Pour the cooked red wine sauce over the beef.

14. Arrange the dish with carrots, cucumbers and coriander, and have a glass of red wine!
