9. Take out the fermented dough, weigh the total weight, divide it into 12 equal parts, deflate it again, and roll it into balls. Then cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

10. After it is relaxed, roll it into a ball again and put the two colors alternately into the toast box.

11. Put them all in staggered manner.

12. Secondary fermentation until 80% full. (This fermentation is a little full, and the lid can hardly be closed.)

13. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees, middle and lower layer, upper and lower fire, bake for 40 minutes. De-mould quickly after coming out of the oven. (The two white spots on top are flour. They are because the dough was over-fermented during the second fermentation. I used my fingers to dip in the flour and slightly pressed down. The spots that were left behind cannot be removed.)
