How to make chestnut-flavored braised pork

We are a group of people who keep shouting about losing weight and looking for delicious food on the streets. Of course, faced with the temptation of delicious food, few people have the endurance to resist. Let me introduce to you a chestnut-flavored braised pork. You can make it at home in the future.

1. Use a knife to cut the chestnut skin. Don't use a knife too deep. Just cut through the shell and the skin inside. (It's okay if you cut a little bit of the chestnut meat.)

2.121 Take the cooked chestnuts out of the pot and quickly put them into cold water (I am thinking about thermal expansion and contraction in this step).

3.212Put the chopped chestnuts into the pot and cook until they are 70% cooked.

4.1 Boil the pork belly in boiling water.

5.2 Gently squeeze the cut edge and use your fingernails to tear open the chestnut flesh.

6.1Cut the pork belly into small pieces and set aside.

7.2 Let the pork belly cool down.

8. Pour oil into the pot and add sugar.

9. Put sugar into a pot and dissolve over low heat until golden brown.

10.1 Stir-fry quickly and add the pork belly and coat it with sugar until it turns golden.

11.2 Pour in the chopped pork belly.

12. Add ginger slices and garlic, stir-fry and then pour in a little fermented bean curd juice.

13. Pour in appropriate amount of vinegar.

14. Pour in a little cooking wine.

15. Then pour in a little braised sauce.

16. Add the seasoning and then put in the peeled chestnuts.

17. Stir-fry quickly.

18. Add the chestnuts and meat that have been stir-fried for two minutes into the casserole.

19. Add two bowls of water, cover with lid, bring to a boil over medium heat then turn to low heat. Turn the ingredients over slightly during the process and cook until the soup thickens. Then turn off the heat and simmer for a while without removing the lid.

Now you can believe that the kitchen is not just a woman's world, men can also show their skills. Men go to the kitchen to make chestnut-flavored braised pork
