How to make braised frozen tofu

1.12 Squeeze the water out of the frozen tofu and cut it into small pieces of 2 cm square for later use.

3. Stir-fry the scallions, ginger and garlic.

5. When the meat slices turn white, add sugar, soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry.

6. Add frozen tofu cubes and stir-fry together.

7. Add appropriate amount of salt, a little boiling water (broth is better), cover and simmer for 10 minutes to make the frozen tofu better flavored.

8. When the water in the pot is almost gone, add the prepared rapeseed, stir-fry twice, add a small amount of chicken essence and serve.
