Pour 6 cups of water into the pot, add the ribs and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add kelp and ginger and cook until soft, then add seasonings and mix well.

White radish soup:

400 grams of white radish, 5 grams of salt, 1 gram of MSG, and 2 grams of pepper. Peel and trim the radish, and cut it into 3 cm long, 2 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick slices for later use. Boil the broth, add the radish and cook until soft, then add salt, MSG and pepper.

Fresh fish and radish soup:

1 piece of white radish, 1 small piece of ginger, and mullet. Peel the white radish and cut into short thick strips. Put a little oil in the pot, shake the pot so that the oil covers the bottom of the pot, and put in the processed fish. Fry until golden on one side, flip and fry the other side. Add boiling water to cover the fish, add ginger slices, bring to a boil over high heat, continue to cook over high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add shredded white radish. Continue cooking for about 10 minutes.

Hawthorn, ginger and jujube soup:

50 grams of hawthorn, 15 red dates, and 15 grams of old ginger. After washing all the ingredients, add two bowls of water. I stewed them in my little bear double boiler because I didn’t have time to watch the fire. You can also cook it over fire. After the water boils, simmer it on low heat for 30 minutes. The acidity of hawthorn will corrode iron, so it is best to fry it in a casserole. After frying, drink it twice a day.
