How to make KFC bacon and egg French style pancakes

1. Beat the eggs, add a small amount of salt and beat evenly;

2. Brush the baking tray with oil, put the thawed pancake crust in the middle, cut the crust into two pieces with a knife, brush the surface with egg liquid, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, put bacon slices on both sides, preheat the oven to 190 degrees, put it in the middle layer of the oven, bake for 10 minutes, and take out the bacon after 3-4 minutes of baking, otherwise the bacon will be burnt;

While the pancake skin is baking, heat up a frying pan, brush with oil, pour in the egg liquid and spread it into egg skin (it should be fried whole eggs, but in order not to waste eggs for brushing the egg liquid, I changed it to fried egg skin. Anyway, the taste is similar, it's eggs anyway, just in a different shape!);

4. Fold the fried egg skin into four parts, left and right, front and back, to form a rectangle about the same size as the pancake;

5. Take out the baked pancake skin, turn one half over, put a piece of lettuce and a piece of baked bacon on it, and spread some salad dressing on it;

6. Place the folded egg skin in the middle and apply some salad dressing;

7. Place another slice of bacon and lettuce leaf on the egg crust, and finally put the other half of the crust on top.
