4.1 Peel the yam skin, put it in a bowl, press it with a spoon or poke it with a rolling pin into a paste. Mix the fried fillings into the yam paste and add salt and a little chicken powder according to taste.

5.2 Wash the yam and steam it until soft

6. Take a piece of seaweed and spread it on the sushi bamboo mat or a clean kitchen paper towel. Apply the mixed medicinal paste evenly on the seaweed. Don't make it too thick. Leave some space at the top and bottom edges.

7. Roll up the yam roll. You can use a sushi mat to help tighten it.
