1.1 Prepare the batter, which is mainly flour and starch in a ratio of 2 to 1. Note that I did not add eggs, because people with cooking experience know that if you add eggs, the fried food will become soft! ~For those who like crispy food~remember not to add eggs! ~In addition, I added some seasoning to the paste! ~Salt~white pepper~chili powder~cumin powder as appropriate! ~A little soy sauce~

3. Fry the fish: Pour a lot of oil into the pan. When the oil temperature reaches 70% to 60% hot, put in the fried fish. Don't put too much fish in to avoid sticking! ~When the fish is fried and set, take it out and heat the oil pan. When the oil temperature rises to 80% to 90% hot, fry it again. When the fish is fried into golden and crispy, take it out and serve it on a plate!
