Ingredients

400g Sanxiang glutinous rice flour

420g milk

120g brown sugar

70g cooking oil

80g walnuts (roasted)

40g red dates

40g raisins

40g cranberries

170g eggs

Detailed steps for making Guifei cake

Step 1

Bake the walnuts in the oven at 120 degrees for 12 minutes and then break them into pieces. Remove the core of the red dates and tear them into pieces. Wash the cranberries and raisins with cold boiled water and set aside.

Emulsify the milk and oil first, then add the beaten eggs and mix well. Add brown sugar and mix well.

Step 2

Sift in glutinous rice flour and mix until there is no dry powder.

Sieve the mixture.

Step 3

Cover a 28*28 golden plate with oilcloth, pour half of the glutinous rice paste in it, preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about ten minutes until it is semi-solidified.

Sprinkle all the dried fruits on the toasted glutinous rice paste.

Step 4

Pour the other half of the glutinous rice paste and bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Immediately turn the pan upside down to remove from the mold after baking, otherwise condensation will form on the bottom.

Step 5

After cooling, cut into pieces and serve.
