1. Wash the soybeans and soak them in water for a day.

7. Stir well and the fermented black beans are ready.

8. Store the fermented black beans in a glass container and they can be eaten after half a day. Do not leave fermented black beans at room temperature for too long, as they will turn sour. You can put it in a fresh-keeping box and refrigerate it, and it can be stored for a long time.
