14. When the beef is almost cooked, you can cook the noodles. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and cook the noodles. As soon as the noodles enter the water, shake them with chopsticks to prevent them from sticking. Cook for 3-5 minutes, dredge the cooked noodles and put them in a bowl.

15. Look at the beef again, wow! After stewing for two hours, it is already cooked and tasty! Pour appropriate amount of beef brisket and marinade over noodles.

16. Sprinkle some coriander, and add salt, chicken essence, pepper or other seasonings according to personal taste. It tastes good even without any seasoning!
