Take out the dough and knead it a few times to release the air, otherwise there will be holes in the baked bread. Then divide it into three equal parts. Take a piece of dough, roll it out, roll it up or fold it in half, then roll it out again and make sure the width is consistent with the toast box. 9. Do the same for the other two. The hem faces downward.

10 Ferment again. Spread to two-thirds of the toast box. You can also cover the toast with a lid and put it in the oven and set it to the fermentation mode. Put a bowl of warm water at the bottom of the oven, and remember to change the water when it cools down. 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then put it in the oven and start baking. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. The color of the toast surface will deepen. Cover it with tin foil, otherwise it will easily burn. 12. Cover with tin foil and raise the temperature to 200 degrees. Bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from the box immediately after taking it out. You can enjoy it.
