1. Prepare the materials.

2. Soak the day lily and cloud ear mushrooms in warm water.

6. Use the tip of the knife to gently cut and separate the fish meat from the fish body.

7. Then make three cuts.

15. Wash the pot, pour in appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

16. Add sea bass.

17. Cover the pot and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.

18. Take out and pour out the steam water.

19. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, chili rings and pour in soy sauce.

20. Wash the pot, pour in peanut oil, and cook over medium-low heat until it reaches about 80 degrees.

21. Pour into the fish.

22. Serve the food and start eating.
