Crush the fermented black beans, cut the radish and taro into shreds, put them into the cooked Cistanche fish soup and boil, add salt, soy sauce, white tofu (cut into cubes and put into the soup), a little chopped green onion and MSG, cook until the tofu floats, then remove from the heat, add sesame oil and serve.

Take with meals, 1 to 3 times a day, 150 to 200 ml each time.
