9. Take two cut noodles and stack them together.

10. Use both hands to gently twist the scallion oil roll in different directions until it is in a satisfactory state and pinch the opening downwards to close it.

11. Make all the scallion rolls in this way and carry out secondary fermentation until the scallion rolls become noticeably larger. Put the food into the steamer after the water boils and steam it on high heat for 20 minutes.
