4.1 Then put the braised beef tendon into the pan and fry it for four or five minutes. Fry it until the surface is dry and fragrant. Then put it in the refrigerator for quick freezing for more than ten to twenty minutes. (Frozen meat is easier to cut)

5.2 Put the marinade in step 3 into the pot and boil for about ten minutes to let the flavor come out, then put the beef tendon in step 1 into the casserole and simmer on low heat for fifty minutes. (This kind of beef is meant to be chewy, so it is not suitable to be cooked for too long. Generally, 40 to 50 minutes is enough.) Then soak the meat in the marinade overnight.

6. Cut the frozen meat into thin slices

7. Bring the syrup to a boil until it starts to gelatinize. Add the thinly sliced ​​beef and stir-fry evenly. Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds after removing from the heat.
