How to make five-flavor chicken wings

1. Marinate the chicken wings with barbecue sauce. We then let the wings rest for two hours. (~﹃~)~zZ

2. Heat the pan and pour peanut oil into it. Then, turn on a low heat and slowly put the chicken wings into the pan and fry, turning the chicken wings constantly until both sides of the chicken wings turn a beautiful golden color.

3. When both sides of the chicken wings become golden brown, pour in an appropriate amount of water (the water should almost cover the chicken wings). This is, turn up the heat. (If there is a little barbecue sauce left on the plate, don’t waste it, pour it into the pot too.)

4. Pour tomato sauce, sugar (visually this is the key to making the sauce have the flavor of five-flavor goose sauce) and soy sauce into the pot.

5. After boiling, cover the pot and cook slowly over low heat.

6. After the water has dried up a little, add a little salt for seasoning and then a little cornstarch. Then, continue to cook until the sauce thickens and turn off the heat.
