How to make Taiwanese steamed meatballs

6. Pour the rice flour into a glass bowl, add water and mix well

7. Heat a pot over low heat, pour in the rice flour paste from step 5 and add until bubbles appear. Turn off the heat and continue stirring until it becomes thick. Let it cool, then add glutinous rice flour and sweet potato flour and mix well to make a paste.

8. Take a small cup, apply salad oil evenly, pour about 80% of the batter into it, add the meat filling ingredients in step 4, press the ingredients slightly with a spoon, and then push the rice batter overflowing from the edge of the cup to the middle.
