How to make spicy tofu with preserved egg

1. Prepare the materials.

2.Cut the tofu into small pieces.

3.Chop the green onions, ginger slices, garlic slices (and chili peppers).

4.Cut the preserved eggs into pieces.

5. After the water in the pot boils, put the tofu in and blanch it for 1 minute, then take it out and rinse it.

6. Add a little oil to the pan and add ginger and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

7. Then add the chopped preserved eggs and stir-fry slightly.

8. Drain the tofu and add a little salt.

9. Appropriate amount of white sugar.

10. 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

11. Pour in clean water until the tofu is half covered.

12. Cover the pot and cook on high heat for 3 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir well during the process)

13. After cooking, add chili oil or sesame oil according to personal taste.

14. Finally, sprinkle with chives and serve.
