23. Pour the water used for blanching the vegetables into the pot.

24. Add a spoonful of MSG. Add another spoonful of sugar. Because Pixian bean paste is very salty, you need to add some sugar to balance out its saltiness, not to make it sweeter. .

25. After the soup boils, you can add the meat slices.

26. Put all the meat slices in.

27. Just cook for 1 or 2 minutes after boiling, otherwise the meat will be overcooked.

28. Arrange the cooked meat slices on the side dishes.

29. Pour the soup into it as well.

30. Sprinkle the roasted and crushed dried chili peppers, dried peppercorns, and minced garlic evenly on top.

31. Then put the wok on the fire, add cooking oil, when the oil is 70% to 80% hot, turn off the heat, let it cool a little, pour the sauce on top, you will hear a "sizzle" sound, the aroma will fill the air, it's so delicious~~
