How to steam loofah with vermicelli

1. Mix 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to make the sauce. Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft, cut into 5 cm pieces, spread evenly on the bottom of the plate, and pour 2 teaspoons of the sauce on top.

2. Then cut the tea tree mushrooms that have been soaked in advance into inch-long pieces and place them on the vermicelli. Of course, it would be better if you have fresh tea tree mushrooms. Then pour 2 teaspoons of the prepared sauce on top.

3. Peel the loofah and cut it into sections (first cut it into several sections, then cut it vertically. If there are too many seeds, remove some of them). Place it on the tea tree mushrooms and pour the remaining sauce on it.

4. Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil, add 2 tablespoons of minced ginger and stir-fry over low heat until the ginger is dry and crispy, then pour the ginger oil evenly on the arranged dishes. After the water in the steamer is boiled, put the vegetables into the steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
