Add water, the amount of water should be enough to cover the turtle. After boiling over high heat, remove the floating foam, turn to low heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Add 9 pieces of bamboo shoots and cook until the turtle meat is cooked. Add chicken essence and pepper powder to enhance the flavor, and drizzle a little chili oil. Remove from the pan and serve.
