In order to preserve the freshness and appearance, some unscrupulous vendors use chemical products to "preserve the youth" of the squid: "jiaoya" can soak the squid; formaldehyde can bring spoiled squid back to life; sodium benzoate can make the squid "forever young"... How can we remove these harmful substances?

Put them all in a basin! Then add a little Canjieqing to the water! The part of the water covered by Canjieqing is isolated from the air, and the squid will feel lack of oxygen in the water! They will stretch their bodies out to breathe! This will achieve the cleaning effect! If you want it to be cleaner, change the water more often! Add Canjieqing! Note! Just add the right amount of Canjieqing, don't add too much! Otherwise, they can't breathe in it and it's easy to suffocate to death!

Preparation method: Cut the soaked squid into 3 cm long oblique cubes, blanch it in boiling water, pick it up and drain it; remove the stems of the mushrooms, wash them and cut them into slices; add lard into the pot and cook it, add chopped green onion, minced meat, winter bamboo shoots and mushroom slices and stir-fry, add clean water, then add the soaked shrimp, cooking wine, salt and sugar, bring to a boil, then add the squid slices, thicken with water starch after a while, add MSG, pepper and drizzle with sesame oil.
