3.3. Pour the Ayam coconut milk into a milk pan and heat over low heat.

6.6. Use a whisk to beat until 70% distributed (it will have texture but can flow).

7.7. Pour coconut milk and gelatin liquid into the whipped cream, stir evenly to form a mousse liquid, and pour into the piping tape.

8.8. Put two cake rings into the cake mold and squeeze the muesli into the gap.

9.9. For the second layer, place 2 cocoa cake rings on the mousse and squeeze the mousse into the gaps.

10.10. Place 3 layers alternately, spread the excess mousse on the surface and refrigerate for more than 6 hours.

11.11. Sift cocoa powder on the surface.

12.12. Surround with ladyfingers and decorate.
