Let the dough ferment until it is 2.5 times larger than the original size. If you dip your finger into the dough with water and it does not shrink, the fermentation is complete. 11. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for a few minutes to release the gas. Then roll it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap or a wet cloth and let it relax at room temperature for 15 minutes. 12. Use the relaxing time to make the coconut filling. Beat 50g of softened butter with an electric whisk, then add 100g of shredded coconut. 13. Continue to add 1 beaten egg and beat evenly. 14. Add 50g of milk and beat evenly. 15. Add 50g of white sugar and beat evenly. 16. Let the blended coconut filling sit for a while. 17. Roll the relaxed dough into a rectangle, then spread the shredded coconut evenly on it, leaving some on the right. 18. Fold from left to right. 19. Place the folded dough horizontally. 20. Use a plastic scraper to cut into 8 equal parts. 21. Twist into a twist shape. 22. Put it into the oven and place a bowl of hot water underneath for secondary fermentation. There is no need to turn on the oven fermentation function. 23. After the dough has fermented to twice its original size, take it out and brush it with egg liquid. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. 24. Place the cakes in the preheated oven on the middle and lower levels.
