9.9. When the beater can be lifted up to form a bend, add all the remaining white sugar.

10.10. Continue beating the egg whites until you can see a short triangle when you lift the electric mixer, and it should be able to stand up when you put a chopstick in it.

11.11. Use a mixing knife to mix one third of the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste, and stir using a cutting and mixing technique until there are no particles.

12.12. Pour all the mixed batter into the egg white paste and mix well.

13.13. Pour the mixed batter into a hollow removable bottom mold, press the chimney with your hand, shake it three times on the table to shake out the bubbles, and immediately put it into the preheated oven. 160 degrees, upper and lower heat, 60 minutes. (Please adjust the time and firepower according to your own oven)

14.14. Immediately turn the baked chiffon cake upside down on a bottle and remove it from the mold after it has cooled completely.
