9. Pour in a little cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the remaining half of the garlic slices and stir-fry quickly

10. When the soup is almost gone, sprinkle with garlic sprouts and serve. No need to add salt because the sauce and seasonings are salty.
