How to make Chinese cabbage dumplings

1. Remove the old leaves of spinach and clean them

2. Use a food processor to make juice without adding water. You want pure spinach juice. Keep the spinach residue and use it to make vegetarian meatballs.

3. Take half of the flour and add water little by little and mix well.

5. Knead the flour together and cover with wet cloth and sugar for half an hour. Friends with low room temperature need to cook for a longer time. Heat the oil, add peppercorns and star anise, turn off the heat when it smokes, remove the peppercorns and star anise, pour the minced meat into the oil after it cools down, add salt, dark soy sauce and pepper, stir clockwise until the minced meat is firm; wash the cabbage, cut it into small dices, sprinkle some salt, chop it into foam, and squeeze out the moisture with a clean kitchen cloth; pick and wash the leek, drain the moisture, cut it into small pieces, and put it in a bowl

10. Place the white noodles in the middle of the green noodles and cover them with green noodles.
