12. Refrigerate the piping cream for more than 12 hours, take it out, shake it well and pour it into a water-free and oil-free container, add 20 grams of sugar and beat at medium speed until 80-90% fluffy.

13. Cut the baked and cooled round cakes into suitable sizes and place them in the bottom of the round mold; fill them with whipped cream and fruits around the edges with finger biscuits.

14. Repeat this process until the surface of the cake is decorated with fresh fruit pieces. Remove the cake from the mould and tie it with a ribbon.
