How to make homemade braised pork rice

The method of homemade braised pork rice is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

9. Boil water and blanch the rapeseed heart, remove and set aside

10. After the meat in the large pot is simmered over low heat for 50 minutes, don't forget to add boiled eggs and stewed eggs to make it taste good. The fire should be low when stewing, and the soup should not be too dry. It will taste good only if there is juice. Finally, serve and sprinkle with chopped green onions
