1. Prepare the raw materials. This time, instead of using light cream, use yogurt. Because many friends said they didn’t have whipping cream at home and wanted a recipe that was suitable for daily cooking, so I used yogurt instead. The taste is still good, so you can follow the recipe with confidence. , squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the egg yolk and mix well. Adding lemon can not only remove the fishy smell, but also make the taste better.

2. Boil the milk until it is about to boil and remove from the heat. Slowly pour the egg yolk liquid into the hot milk, stirring while pouring, and do not let the egg coagulate

3. Cook the egg yolk and milk mixture over low heat until small bubbles appear, then let it cool and set aside. Don't boil it completely, otherwise it will turn into egg drop soup.

4. Peel and pit the peaches and put them into a food processor.

5. Mix with yogurt to make a paste

6. Pour the stirred peach paste into the cooled egg yolk liquid. Stir well to combine.

7. Pour into a suitable freezing container, freeze for 4 hours, then take out and stir every hour. Stir it 3-4 times in total. Since no ice cream machine was used, multiple stirrings were done to make the ice cream more delicate. When eating the frozen ice cream, take it out and leave it at room temperature for about 3 minutes, then scoop it into balls.
