How to make milk toast

Most young people nowadays are very lazy and always use being busy as an excuse to go out to eat. Although the food outside may be "delicious", various chronic diseases will follow in the long run, which is really not worth it. 1. Add yeast, high-gluten flour, eggs, salt, fine sugar, milk powder, and milk, except butter. Knead the dough

2. Knead the dough until it becomes gluten-like

3. Add softened butter and continue kneading

4. Until the dough reaches the stage where it can be pulled into a very thin film. (I used a bread machine to make this step)

Put the kneaded dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or wet cloth, and ferment at about 28 degrees for about 30 minutes, until it is 2-2.5 times larger (I think it should be ready in about 20 minutes, I fermented it a little too much), dip your finger in flour and poke it in, if the hole of your finger does not shrink, it means it is fermented.

6. Use your hands to squeeze the fermented dough to expel the gas inside the dough. Roll the deflated dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rise at room temperature for 10 minutes.

7. Divide the risen dough into three portions

8. Use a rolling pin to roll it into an oval shape. The width of the oval should be the same as the length of the toast mold.

9. Fold both sides in half, and turn them over so that the side that was originally at the bottom faces upwards. Turn it over and flatten it, then slowly roll it up from top to bottom.

10. Put it in the toast box

11. Brush with egg wash when the dough rises to 80% or 90% high

12. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and bake at 165 degrees for 35 minutes. I covered the bread with a lid, but the color could not be colored at this temperature.
