7. Mix everything together to make juice.

8. Bring water to a boil and add the noodles.

9. Refrigerate the water in advance, pour it into the noodles to cool, and drain.

10. Finally, pour the sauce on the noodles.

11. How to make spicy oil: Ingredients: a small bowl of dried chili peppers, peanuts, half a small bowl of sesame seeds, an appropriate amount of peppercorns, a star anise, a piece of cinnamon Seasoning: 2 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of pepper powder, half a spoon of five-spice powder

12. Stir-fry the peanuts in a pan, chop the dried chilies and peanuts and set aside

13. Pour the chopped chili pepper, chopped peanuts and sesame seeds into a stainless steel bowl, add 2 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of pepper powder and half a spoon of five-spice powder, mix well and set aside.

14. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, add peppercorns, tangerine peel, star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.

15. Filter out the ingredients inside and leave the oil.

16. Let the oil cool down a little, pour it into the chili, stir evenly, then add some vinegar to enhance the taste.
