How to make sweet stewed pig's trotters

1. Ask the waiter to cut the pig's trotters for you directly from the supermarket, wash them after you get home, put them in the pot and cook for 10 minutes, and add a few slices of ginger.

2. Soak the cooked pig's trotters in cold water for a while, so that they will taste chewier and more delicious.

3. Prepare the ingredients: onion, ginger, garlic (sorry, I forgot to chop the garlic...) and broken dry chili peppers.

4. Pour oil into the pot, add some Pixian bean paste, then add onion, ginger, garlic and chili, stir-fry until fragrant, and add pig's trotters. Stir-fry for a while. Pour boiling water into the pig's trotters, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 1.5 hours.

7. After stewing on low heat for about an hour and a half, the pig's trotters were already rotten, so I turned on high heat to collect the juice... Because the firepower of my stove was not enough, it took half an hour to collect the juice... But fortunately I was not in a hurry
