How to make Suzhou style braised pork noodles

1.Put water in the pot and blanch the meat.

2. Rinse the blanched meat with cold water.

5. Take a clean casserole and put onion and ginger in the bottom.

9. Add enough water.

10. Cover the casserole, bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours.

12. Prepare a handful of fine noodles and a green garlic.

14. After the water boils, add the fine noodles.

15. After the pot boils again, take out the noodles and rinse them with cold water. Rinse the noodles with cold boiled water or purified water to make them more refreshing.

16. Put the noodles in a bowl, add the toppings, and pour a spoonful of boiling soup (I use a 1:1 mixture of stewed meat soup and bone stock).

17. Sprinkle with green garlic leaves and pour a spoonful of soup, and a bowl of delicious braised meat noodles is ready.
