How to make ham wreath buns

How to make ham wreath buns

When you have to continue working despite dragging your tired body, do you yearn for the food street on the roadside? In fact, it is unhygienic to eat on the roadside. You might as well learn to cook it yourself. Now, let me show you how to make ham sausage wreath buns.

1.1 Pour in high-gluten flour and sprinkle yeast powder on top

2.2 Put water, egg liquid, sugar, salt and milk powder into the bread bucket

3. After 115 minutes, a smooth dough has been kneaded

4.2 Start the "Dough 1" program and knead the dough for 15 minutes

5.1 Start the "kneading 2" program and knead the dough for 30 minutes

6.2 Put the chopped and softened butter into the bread pan

7.1 Put the dough into the bread pan for the first fermentation. (The first fermentation is best done at 28 degrees. Usually we can ferment at room temperature. It is better to ferment for a longer time than to increase the temperature for rapid fermentation. If the temperature of the first fermentation is too high, the texture of the final bread product will be rough.)

8.2 After kneading the dough, turn off the bread machine and the dough can be pulled into a film

9.1 Weigh the dough, divide it into 5 parts, roll it into balls, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes

10.2 When the dough has risen to 1.5~2 times its original size, dip your finger in flour and insert it into the dough. If it does not shrink or collapse, it means that the fermentation is complete.

11.1 Make an inverted "6" and then wrap it into a five-ring shape (mine looks ugly)

12.2 Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long strip

13. Make five wreath buns in turn and put them into the bread paper mold. Cut the ham into 5 pieces and insert a piece of ham in the middle of each wreath bun.

14. Put the baking tray with bread into the oven, put a bowl of water underneath, and start the "fermentation" button

15. When the bread has doubled in size, take out the bread and water and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

16. Brush a layer of egg wash on the bread

17. Put it in the lower middle layer of the oven, 180 degrees, upper and lower fire, 18 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only and should be adjusted according to the actual situation of your oven)

18. Bread out of the oven, let it cool down

19. After demoulding, store it in a sealed container. I usually put it in a fresh-keeping bag.

20. Very soft and very brushed

Now you can believe that the kitchen is not just a woman's world, men can also show their skills. Men go to the kitchen to make ham wreath buns
