How to make fungus and onion salad

4. Put the fungus and onion into a large bowl, pour in the sauce and mix well.

Tips

1. It is best to soak black fungus in cold water so that it has a crisp taste. It is best not to use boiling water to soak it. Although it can shorten the soaking time, the taste will be worse.

2. There are many types of vinegar. You can choose according to your preference, or you can use apple cider vinegar instead for a different flavor.

3. You can add other vegetables according to your preference, such as cucumber, coriander, radish, etc.

4. After mixing, let it sit for a while so that it can absorb the flavors and taste better. In summer, you can put it in the refrigerator to chill it for a better taste.
