1. As shown in the raw materials picture, clean and prepare the pork belly.

2. Cut the pork belly into mahjong-sized pieces, peel the chestnuts and cut them in half.

3. Heat a frying pan, add the pork belly and fry over medium heat until browned and oil is released.

4. Pull the meat aside, add rock sugar and stir-fry until dissolved.

5. Add a small amount of dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add ginger, garlic and orange peel and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Transfer to a pressure cooker, put in chestnuts and add water as shown in the picture.

7. After boiling over high heat, simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.

8. The delicious braised pork is out of the pot, just add a small amount of salt to season.
