How to make Qiansi Baiyu Pills

1.Ingredients: white radish, beef, onion, and ginger.

3.2121 Soak the shredded radish in clean water for half an hour (change the water 3 times in the middle) to remove the spicy taste.

After draining the water, add a little salt, mix well and marinate for a while until the water comes out, then squeeze out the excess water with both hands, then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper and 1 tablespoon of lard, mix well and then add 1/2 tablespoon of starch and mix well.

5. Wash the beef and chop it into minced meat.

6. Transfer the minced beef to a bowl, add chopped scallion and ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar.

7. Stir in the same direction until the minced meat is sticky and firm, then marinate for half an hour.

8. Make the marinated minced meat into meatballs of uniform size.

9. Put the beef balls into the shredded radish and evenly coat them with a layer of shredded radish.

10. Wrap all the meatballs one by one.

11. Steam in boiling water for 10 minutes.

12. After steaming, pour the soup in the plate into the pot, add a little sesame oil and chicken essence, and then thicken with water starch.

13. Sprinkle a little chopped red pepper and chopped green onion on the steamed meatballs, and evenly pour the seasoned thin starch on the meatballs.
