How to cook pumpkin spareribs

4. Take out the soaked glutinous rice and drain the water. Cut the mushrooms and red dates into small pieces of similar size. Put the white lentils into a pressure cooker and cook for half an hour, then take out and set aside.

5. Wash the ribs and drain them, add the chopped scallion and ginger slices, add the above seasonings, mix well, and marinate for more than half an hour.

6.Cut off the top of the pumpkin, scoop out the pumpkin pulp with a spoon, and wash it. (You can cut out simple small patterns on the cut of the pumpkin)

7. After the ribs are marinated, remove the onion and ginger, keep the soup, and add appropriate amount of steamed meat rice noodles.

8. Stir evenly so that each piece of ribs is coated with a layer of rice flour.

9. Add glutinous rice, white lentils, chopped mushrooms and red dates, and mix well.

10. After mixing, spread it flat into a larger flat plate.

11. Steam until 70% cooked and take out. (About 20 minutes)

12. Then move it into the pumpkin and steam it for 40 minutes until the pumpkin and ribs are cooked through.
