1. Soak the fungus in warm water for 30 minutes. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and prepare the garlic cloves, coriander, etc.

2. Blanch the cauliflower and black fungus until cooked, then rinse them in cold water for later use.

3. Slice the garlic, wash the dried chilies without cutting them, and chop the coriander and set aside.

4. Put a little water in the bowl, add starch, chicken essence, fermented glutinous rice and salt.

5. Heat a proper amount of oil in a wok, sauté the garlic slices, stir-fry the dried chilies, add a proper amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, add the starch sauce, and continue to cook until the soup is thick.

6. Add cauliflower and black fungus into the pot and stir-fry until they are coated with the sauce. Turn off the heat, drizzle with a little sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped coriander, and serve.
